Fit Interview

Guides, frameworks, and worked examples filed under Fit Interview.

The fit interview is where more offers are lost than candidates expect, usually because preparation went entirely into cases. These articles cover the behavioural side of the process: choosing stories that carry real difficulty, structuring them so the interviewer can follow without effort, handling the follow-up questions that probe what you actually did rather than what the team did, and answering the why-consulting and why-this-firm questions without reciting the recruiting page. The guidance here is specific about structure, because that is what makes a story land: situation, the complication that made it hard, what you personally decided, and what happened as a result, including what you would do differently. Prepare fewer stories than you think you need and prepare them deeply enough to survive three layers of follow-up. That is the standard these articles work to.

You need the right direction for your prep, we will help you get there.

The results speak for themselves. Our preparation works.
